I think I have Seasonal Affective Disorder.
I am craving sunshine like nobody's business.
I haven't seen blue skies in so long.
I need some motivation to get my house cleaned, my laundry done and my body exercised...

You could try cranking up some music. Sometimes that helps me get movin.
